安裝是設備正常運行的關鍵，尤其是搪瓷反應器這種精細設備的安裝。具體的安裝工藝(yi)是專門設定(ding)的，標準安裝可以(yi)減少以(yi)后使用中可能遇到的問題，使用過程中的混合效果也會得到提高。

ān安  zhuāng裝  shì是(shi)  shè設(she)  bèi備  zhèng正(zheng)  cháng常(chang)  yùn運  xíng行  de的  guān關(guan)  jiàn鍵  ，  yóu尤  qí其  shì是  táng搪  cí瓷  fǎn反  yìng應  qì器  zhè這  zhǒng種  jīng精  xì細  shè設(she)  bèi備  de的  ān安  zhuāng裝  。  jù具  tǐ體(ti)  de的(de)  ān安  zhuāng裝  gōng工  yì藝  shì是  zhuān專  mén門  shè設  dìng定  de的  ，  biāo標  zhǔn準(zhun)  ān安  zhuāng裝  kě可(ke)  yǐ以  jiǎn減(jian)  shǎo少  yǐ以  hòu后  shǐ使  yòng用(yong)  zhōng中  kě可  néng能  yù遇  dào到  de的  wèn問(wen)  tí題  ，  shǐ使  yòng用(yong)  guò過  chéng程  zhōng中  de的  hùn混  hé合  xiào效  guǒ果  yě也  huì會(hui)  dé得  dào到  tí提  gāo高  。  

1. When handling the enamel reactor, pay attention to smooth handling. Rolling, prying and overturning are not allowed to prevent vibration and bite injury. It is strictly forbidden to take over, clamp, mirror and other vulnerable parts under stress.

1.搬運(yun)搪瓷反(fan)應器(qi)時，注意平穩搬運(yun)。不允許滾動(dong)、撬動(dong)和翻轉，以(yi)防振動(dong)和咬傷。嚴禁在受(shou)力(li)狀(zhuang)態下接管(guan)、夾緊、鏡像等易損件。

1  bān搬  yùn運  táng搪  cí瓷(ci)  fǎn反  yìng應  qì器  shí時  ，  zhù注  yì意  píng平  wěn穩(wen)  bān搬  yùn運(yun)  。  bù不  yǔn允  xǔ許  gǔn滾(gun)  dòng動  、  qiào撬  dòng動  hé和  fān翻  zhuǎn轉  ，  yǐ以  fáng防  zhèn振  dòng動(dong)  hé和(he)  yǎo咬  shāng傷  。  yán嚴(yan)  jìn禁(jin)  zài在  shòu受(shou)  lì力  zhuàng狀  tài態  xià下  jiē接  guǎn管  、  jiā夾  jǐn緊  、  jìng鏡  xiàng像  děng等  yì易  sǔn損  jiàn件  。  

2. During hoisting, steel wire shall be hung at the specified position such as the lifting lug, and the soft articles shall be padded under it.

2.吊裝(zhuang)時，應(ying)在吊耳等指定位置(zhi)掛鋼(gang)絲，鋼(gang)絲繩下墊(dian)軟物。

2  diào吊  zhuāng裝  shí時  ，  yīng應  zài在  diào吊  ěr耳  děng等  zhǐ指  dìng定  wèi位  zhi置  guà掛  gāng鋼  sī絲  ，  gāng鋼  sī絲  shéng繩(sheng)  xià下  diàn墊  ruǎn軟  wù物  。  

3. Before installing the enamel reactor, it is necessary to check whether the equipment is intact and whether there is friction damage. If so, it needs to be repaired.

3.搪(tang)瓷(ci)反應器安(an)裝前，應檢(jian)查設備是否完好，有無摩(mo)擦損傷。如果是這樣(yang)，就(jiu)需要修理了。

sān三(san)  。  táng搪  cí瓷  fǎn反  yìng應(ying)  qì器  ān安(an)  zhuāng裝  qián前  ，  yīng應  jiǎn檢(jian)  chá查  shè設  bèi備(bei)  shì是  fǒu否  wán完  hǎo好  ，  yǒu有  wú無  mó摩  cā擦(ca)  sǔn損(sun)  shāng傷  。  rú如  guǒ果(guo)  shì是  zhè這  yàng樣  ，  jiù就  xū需(xu)  yào要  xiū修  lǐ理  le了  。  

4. When tightening the bolts, the bolts should be tightened gradually in pairs along the diagonal line, rather than at one time. The force should be even when tightening to prevent the enamel from being damaged due to excessive local stress.

4.擰(ning)緊(jin)螺栓時，應(ying)沿著對角線成對逐漸(jian)擰(ning)緊(jin)，而不是一(yi)次擰(ning)緊(jin)。擰緊時應(ying)力應(ying)均勻，以(yi)防止因(yin)局(ju)部(bu)應(ying)力過大而損壞瓷釉(you)。

4  nǐng擰  jǐn緊  luó螺  shuān栓  shí時  ，  yīng應  yán沿  zhe著  duì對  jiǎo角  xiàn線  chéng成  duì對  zhú逐  jiàn漸  nǐng擰  jǐn緊  ，  ér而(er)  bù不  shì是  yī一(yi)  cì次  nǐng擰  jǐn緊  。  nǐng擰  jǐn緊  shí時  yìng應  lì力  yīng應  jūn均  yún勻  ，  yǐ以  fáng防  zhǐ止  yīn因  jú局  bù部  yìng應  lì力  guò過  dà大  ér而  sǔn損  huài壞  cí瓷  yòu釉  。  

5. After the agitator and reducer of enamel reactor are assembled, locking nuts and other anti loose parts shall be added. Manual test run shows that there is no abnormality, the operation is flexible, and the radial runout should be within the design requirements.

5.搪瓷反應(ying)器攪拌器、減速(su)機組(zu)裝后(hou)，應(ying)加鎖(suo)緊螺母(mu)等防(fang)松(song)部件。手動試運轉無異(yi)常，操作靈活，徑向(xiang)跳動應在設計要求范圍內。

5  táng搪(tang)  cí瓷  fǎn反  yìng應  qì器  jiǎo攪  bàn拌(ban)  qì器  、  jiǎn減(jian)  sù速(su)  jī機  zǔ組(zu)  zhuāng裝  hòu后(hou)  ，  yīng應  jiā加  suǒ鎖  jǐn緊  luó螺  mǔ母(mu)  děng等  fáng防  sōng松  bù部  jiàn件  。  shǒu手  dòng動  shì試  yùn運  zhuǎn轉  wú無  yì異  cháng常  ，  cāo操  zuò作  líng靈(ling)  huó活(huo)  ，  jìng徑(jing)  xiàng向  tiào跳  dòng動  yīng應  zài在  shè設  jì計  yāo要  qiú求  fàn范  wéi圍  nèi內  。  

6. Gasket plays an important role in safe production, reducing maintenance, saving energy, reducing leakage pollution and increasing personal safety, so it can not be ignored that the selection of gasket is very important.

6.墊(dian)片在安全生(sheng)產(chan)、減少維修、節(jie)能、減少泄(xie)漏污染、提(ti)高人身安全等(deng)方面(mian)起著重要(yao)(yao)的作用，因此墊(dian)片的選擇至(zhi)關重要(yao)(yao)。

6  diàn墊(dian)  piàn片  zài在  ān安  quán全(quan)  shēng生  chǎn產  、  jiǎn減  shǎo少(shao)  wéi維  xiū修(xiu)  、  jié節  néng能  、  jiǎn減  shǎo少  xiè泄  lòu漏(lou)  wū污  rǎn染(ran)  、  tí提(ti)  gāo高  rén人  shēn身(shen)  ān安(an)  quán全  děng等  fāng方(fang)  miàn面  qǐ起(qi)  zhe著(zhu)  zhòng重  yào要  de的  zuò作  yòng用  ，  yīn因  cǐ此  diàn墊  piàn片  de的  xuǎn選(xuan)  zé擇(ze)  zhì至  guān關  zhòng重  yào要  。  

7. For the trial operation of enamel reactor, we should pay attention to check whether there is any problem. If the problem is found, it can be repaired or maintained in time.

7.搪(tang)瓷反應器的(de)試運行(xing)，要注(zhu)意(yi)檢查(cha)是否有問題。如果(guo)發(fa)現問題，可以及時修理或維護搪瓷反應器對安裝的(de)(de)精細程度(du)有很高的(de)(de)要(yao)求，一旦(dan)操(cao)作不當會影響其今后的(de)(de)使用效(xiao)果，所(suo)以(yi)一定要(yao)按照以(yi)上(shang)方法操(cao)作，以(yi)保證設(she)備(bei)安裝后不會出現問(wen)題。
